저는 오늘 이 중요한 자리에 서게 된 것을 큰 영광으로 생각하며, 저에게 주어진 책임의 무게를 깊이 느끼고 있습니다. 벤처 한림회가 걸어온 길은 이미 많은 성과를 거두었고, 그 성과를 바탕으로 이제는 한 단계 더 발전시켜야 할 시점에 있습니다. 저는 그동안 쌓아온 환경 분야와 탄소 배출권 관련 경험을 바탕으로, 벤처 기업들이 글로벌 시장에서 지속 가능한 성장을 이룰 수 있도록 지원할 것입니다.

우리는 벤처 기업들이 ESG 경영을 실천하고, 기술 혁신을 통해 글로벌 시장에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 다양한 프로그램을 운영해 나갈 것입니다. 환경과 사회적 가치를 중시하는 경영을 통해 기업들이 지속 가능하고 책임 있는 성장을 이룰 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 저의 가장 중요한 목표입니다. 또한, 디지털 혁신과 글로벌 네트워크 확장을 통해 창업 생태계를 더욱 활성화시켜, 더 많은 벤처 기업들이 국제 시장에서 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있도록 돕겠습니다.

벤처 한림회는 그동안 글로벌 네트워크 구축, ESG 경영 확산, 기술 혁신 지원을 통해 많은 성과를 이루어 왔습니다. 이제 저는 그 성과를 더욱 발전시키고, 우리의 비전을 실현하기 위해 협회의 모든 역량을 집중할 것입니다. 저는 회장직을 맡으면서 여러분과 함께 협력하여, 벤처 한림회가 국내외 벤처 기업들에게 실질적인 도움이 되는 협회로 거듭날 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

끝으로, 저는 벤처 한림회가 지속 가능한 성장을 이끌어내는 중요한 플랫폼이 될 것이라고 확신합니다. 여러분의 지속적인 관심과 협력을 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.

Inaugural Address by Chairman Kim Hyeonwoo

Dear respected members of the Hanlim Academy of Venture Korea,

It is an immense honor to stand before you today, and I deeply appreciate the responsibility entrusted to me. The path our association has taken so far has been one of remarkable achievements, and now, it is time to elevate it further. Drawing from my experience in the environmental field and carbon credits, I am committed to supporting our ventures in achieving sustainable growth in the global market.

Our mission is to enable startups to practice ESG management and gain global competitiveness through technological innovation. By focusing on sustainable business practices and fostering a responsible growth model, we will guide our companies toward lasting success. Additionally, through digital innovation and expanding our global networks, we aim to invigorate the startup ecosystem and help more ventures become competitive in the international market.

The Hanlim Academy of Venture Korea has already made significant progress in building global networks, promoting ESG management, and supporting technological innovation. Now, as your chairman, I will work tirelessly with all of you to further advance these achievements and fulfill our shared vision.

I am confident that the Hanlim Academy of Venture Korea will become a vital platform for fostering sustainable growth. I ask for your continued support and collaboration as we move forward together.
